Delivery Details

We deliver UK mainland only – Delivery charges are calculated by weight & postcode.

Goods can be delivered or ordered on a click & collect basis from Unit 9 Brindley Court ST8 7PP. Where good are delivered please allow 4 working days for delivery for click & collect items you will be notified when the goods are ready to collect.

Delivery costs are inclusive of carriage and VAT unless otherwise stated for orders over £399.

Orders under £399 will have delivery charges applied unless otherwise stated. Delivery cost is primarily based on weight, postcode but also factors in on the level of handling (splitting down pallets) & making the part pallet safe for transportation.

Regardless of the quantity we are also charged a fixed fee for a pallet space on a delivery vehicle by couriers. In summary the smaller the order & the more handling involved will mean potentially higher delivery costs. Our delivery costs are benchmarked on a regular basis to ensure they are competitive and we only pass on the minimal amount we need to.

Orders are dispatched for delivery within 4 working days, express delivery is available but may be subject to a surcharge.

Deliveries normally occur between 8am and 6pm weekdays, once an order has been prepared you shall be informed of the date of delivery.

Deliveries are strictly to the kerbside. If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering via the delivery restrictions comments box. This may incur an additional charge.

We advise booking installers, once you are in receipt of the goods. If you advance book any labour or tool hire and your delivery is delayed we cannot accept liability for any additional costs associated with this.

THE DELIVERY WILL NOT BE MADE ON A HIAB VEHICLE. Small orders or porcelain decor may be delivered via a 7.5 T Vehicle. If a HIAB Vehicle is required the most cost effective solution is for us to deliver to a HIAB company close to your location.

Hazards or obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle. Please advise of any delivery restrictions in advance as delivery issues may incur a re-delivery charge at a cost of £30.00 per pallet.

Goods will not be broken down or discharged by the driver. Take caution when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury. Please assess the weight of the boxes as tiles can be heavy, precautions may need to be made.

If an order is unable to be delivered due to access, terrain, failure to sign for the delivery or unforeseen weight issues then re delivery will be the customers responsibility and we can accept no liability for any additional charges this may incur.

Deliveries must be signed for on arrival, if you see any issues/damages with your delivery on arrival you should sign for as damaged and inform us with 48 hours.

Damages & Replacements

Although every effort is made to get the products to you in perfect condition, breakages can occur . Please make sure you allow for this and for cuts before you work out your quantities. We cannot accept returns of opened pallets / over orders or part pallets or accept liability for product once they have been laid. Please check your goods thoroughly on arrival.

Where breakages or damages are identified and reported to us then where products are sold in full pallets only we may only consider reimbursement for the individual damaged items.

Where goods are sold and delivered in M2 or units then reimbursement of individual items will be offered where the damages are less than 5% of the total order. Reimbursment or replacement will be offered where the damages are over 5% of the order.subject to the following:

We require an image of any damages alongside the order number within 48 hours of arrival and alongside full contact details (please send to sales@tilestoredirect.co.uk) before any replacements or reimbursement can be considered. We cannot consider replacements or reimbursement once the products have been delivered and signed for as fit for purpose, exceeded the time frame outlined above, removed from the pallet, or have been installed.

Please note regarding the above sending individual pavers or tiles as replacements will incur carriage costs. We of course will provide the replacement products free of charge subject to our T&C’s however sending individual or very small quantities of replacements via a parcel courier will result in further damages these goods need to be palletised.
